The second grand slam of 2017 tennis calendar, French Open 2017 tennis championship will be starting a week later than its usual start as Round 1 matches begins on 28th May and will be played through to 11 June with the mens final taking place on Sunday, 11th June. while Sarena Williams overpowered Lucie Safarova in the women singles finals with a [6-3] [6-7] [6-2] scoreline and won his 20th grand slam title which put her second in the all time list of women’s category just two behind Steffi Grafs 22 major titles.
