Barcelona’s current wage bill stands at around €515 million thats average wage of €7.1 million per player slightly ahead of Real Madrid’s €505 million (average player wage of €6.4m). Barcelona wage bill is 18 times higher than bottom club Getafe.
Atletico Madrid has their wage bill growing rapidly over the last 3 years, their current €237 million (£210m) wage bill shows the growth the club have made both on and off the field.
